Who we are

D-SYNQ is a creative and technology studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@d-synq.com.

What we collect

Details you give us through the contact form, the discovery call booking form or the AI chat: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project details, budget and the content of your messages. We also keep a record of which page or channel brought you to us (for example search, social or direct), and basic technical data such as your IP address in server logs.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule and hold meetings, prepare quotations and manage our relationship with you, and to keep the site secure. Our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business. We do not sell your data.

Booking and calendar data

If you book a discovery call, we create a calendar event with a Google Meet link and send the invitation to the email address you provide. This uses Google Calendar and Google Meet.

AI chat

Messages you type into the assistant are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so that it can generate a reply, and are stored by us so that our team can follow up. Please do not share sensitive or confidential information in the chat. Replies are automated and are not a binding quotation.

Who receives your data

Service providers acting for us: our web hosting provider, our email delivery provider (Brevo), Google (calendar and Meet), and Anthropic (AI chat). They process data only to provide their service. Some of these providers are located outside the UAE, UK and EEA, so your data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the storage needed for it to work, such as your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are loaded only if analytics is switched on and you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing the site data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiries, bookings and chat conversations are kept for 24 months unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@d-synq.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Biometric and video analytics projects

Some client projects involve facial recognition or video analytics. Such projects are scoped with the client around applicable biometric and privacy law, with consent, data minimisation and retention agreed before any build. This website itself does not collect biometric data.
