By using this website you agree to these terms. Content is general information about D-SYNQ services and is not a binding offer. Quotations are issued separately in writing after a discovery call.
Our services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal prevails.
Payments
Payment schedules, milestones, taxes and any refund or cancellation conditions are stated in the proposal. Work may pause while an agreed payment is overdue.
Intellectual property
Website content, design and code on this site belong to D-SYNQ or its licensors. For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables passes to the client once all agreed payments are received, except third-party tools, fonts, images and plugins, which remain under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless the client has asked us in writing not to.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.
AI assistant
The chat assistant is automated. Its answers are informational, may contain mistakes, and are not a quotation, contract or professional advice.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate and available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
